Return and Exchanges

  • TRUTAI follows a 30-day return policy during which the customers must inform TRUTAI that they would like to return an item by emailing  customer service
  • Upon contacting customer service please inform you would like to exchange the product. 
  • The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 30 days of the notification that the item will be returned.
  • If the customer simply wants to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, the customer would be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • If the item was received damaged or not matching the description on www.trutai.com, TRUTAI pay for the shipping fees.
