How do I receive my files?

After checkout, you’ll receive access to download your files. You may also receive an email confirmation with download details.

What file types are included?

TRUTAI products include PDF and PNG files. The exact files included are listed on each product page.

Can I print the downloads?

Yes. You can print the PDFs and PNGs at home or through a local print shop. For best results, use high-quality paper and print at “actual size” when applicable.

Can I use these on an iPad/tablet?

Yes. PDFs can be opened in most reading and note apps, and PNGs can be imported into many design or note apps. Check your product listing for any specific recommendations.

Personal use or commercial use?

When will my apparel order ship?

Every piece of Trutai apparel is crafted specifically for you upon ordering to ensure premium quality. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production, in addition to standard shipping times. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What is your return and exchange policy for clothing?

Because our apparel is made-to-order specifically for your journey, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@trutai.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

How do I know which size to order?

We want your fit to be perfectly comfortable. You can find detailed, item-specific sizing charts in the image gallery of every product page. We highly recommend laying your favorite well-fitting shirt flat and comparing its measurements to our guide before purchasing.ement.

How should I care for my garments?

To preserve the vintage look, heavy-weight feel, and crisp graphics, we recommend washing all apparel inside out with cold water and like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to maintain the perfect fit..
